What types of payments do you accept?

Our site accepts all major credit cards, debit cards with the visa or master card logo, personal checks and / or money orders. You can also make a payment using your existing PayPal account. We currently only accept U.S. dollars.
Note: Outside U.S. Residents making mail payment must send Check or Money Order issued by a U.S. Bank.

When do I get charged?

The membership fees will be charged once you complete your payment, according to the package you have selected. You will be charged only once; to renew your membership, you will need to log in and pay BEFORE your membership expiration date. If you paid with a check or money order, you will need to send your payment to re-new.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, all credit card information is encrypted and stored in the secure Authorize.net system and we have no access to such data.

Do you accept checks or money orders?

Yes, personal checks or money orders are accepted in U.S. dollars ONLY and payable to Christian Singles Commitments Corp. Your account will be on hold until your payment is received. Make sure to write your Username on the check or money order with clear and legible writing. To ensure your payment is placed on your account please send us a note with your contact information in case we have any questions.Note: All Checks, Money Orders must be purchased in U.S. bank ONLY. Non U.S. bank checks or money orders will be returned and account will be deleted from our site.

How do I get a refund?

We have a strict No Refund Policy. You can cancel your Membership at any time. We do not issue refunds for unused membership time. If you feel you are a victim or a fraudulent charge please contact us at 1-800-587-4448. We will be more than happy to assist.

Do I get compensated for the site's downtime?

The only time when we might have downtime is when we are upgrading the servers or the features of our website. Incidents of downtime happen seldom and each incident is dealt with individually. In some cases we may offer additional free membership time. We do not refund for down times.

I signed up, but did not use the site for personal reasons. Can I get a refund for that time?

We do not give refunds or free membership time to members who have not logged on because of personal reasons or lack of time.
